Shipping Flat rate

All orders at Territorialseed.com are charged the flat shipping fee of $8.95. The shipping carriers are USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and the company will set the suitable carrier to your location. 

Guaranteed Ground shipping

You will be charged an additional $4.75 fee to guarantee that your package is shipped by ground, this applies to the first shipment. 

Optional 3-Day Express Shipping

This option is available for seed orders of 8 ounces or less, and you have to pay an extra $12.25 fee. Orders must be placed by noon PT on business days. Optional 3-Day Express Shipping is available for orders within the continental US only. 

Rush Delivery

This is the fastest shipping option the company offers, and the transit time may take 1-2 business days. It's available for orders within the U.S., and ensure to place orders before noon PT for the same-day shipment. 

Alaska and Hawaii shipments

All Canada orders must be placed over the phone, by tel: 800-626-0866. Note that Territorial Seed only ships packages under 8 ounces to Canada. The shipping fee will vary depending on the number of packages of seeds you purchase. The shipping carrier is US Mail. 

About the Territorial Seed return policy

Territorial Seed has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that you can return any product, including seeds, plants, and supplies, that you are not satisfied with for a full refund, up to one year from the date of your purchase. To return a product, you must contact Territorial Seed customer service and provide a reason for the return and a copy of your receipt. Territorial Seed will then send you a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for paying a return shipping fee. In case you return damaged or defective products, the company has to pay for the return shipping fee.

Once the product is received, Territorial Seed will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If the product is damaged or defective, you will receive a replacement or a full refund. If the product is not damaged or defective, you may be offered a store credit or a partial refund.
