Employee Flex Rate

This rate allows IHG employees and their eligible friends and family members to enjoy a discount ranging from 35 – 50 percent off Best Flexible Rate depending on demand fluctuations. It may vary depending on the location, availability, and time of booking.

A Participating employee can book a maximum of 7 nights per hotel, per calendar year, per program. Per hotel booking, the employee is permitted to book a maximum of 2 rooms.
